He was born September 6, 1969 in Tulsa, OK to Wayne G. and Ramona Joyce (Dobbs) Dillard.John is survived by his mother, Ramona Dillard; children, Jessyca Jynivivie Dillard, Ansley M. Dillard, Gabriel Tiger, and Butch Pendergraph; sister, Janet Glover and her husband Teddy; nephews, Charles Evans, III and Teddy Glover, Jr.; niece, Michealle Dick; great nephew, Teddy Glover, III; father-in-law, Jesse Howell; numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins; close friends, Mike Fagen and Vonda Donaldson.He was preceded in death by his wife Jessica Lee Dillard; son, Jesse Wayne Dillard; father, Wayne G. Dillard; sister, Linda Dillard.In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to John’s memorial fund.Graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Monday, June 20th, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
