So sorry to hear about Phil’s passing. We grew up together in Woodbridge Va on Culpeper Drive. Our homes were right next to each other. Still remember playing wiffle ball with Chuck and Phil in the back yard and football in the street. We made it from elementery school through high school and lost touch from there. My prayers to his family and friends. He was good person and I know he will be missed.
