John Acie Williams' Obituary
John Acie Williams, 78, formerly of Tulsa, died on November 4, 2014, in Titusville, Florida. A funeral service honoring his life will be held at 12:30 PM, Monday, November 10, 2014 at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, on December 4, 1935, the son of John and Atha (Roland) Williams. He had worked as a computer operator in the Steel industry. John had a great sense of humor and loved to entertain others with his jokes. He brought joy and happiness to many through his antics, and genuine kindness. John is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mary F. Williams, of Titusville, Florida, two children, Judy Hamilton, and her husband, Gary, of Titusville, Florida, and Steven L. Williams, of Cocoa, Florida, five grandchildren, Abby, Bradley, Zachary, Libby, and Benjamin Hamilton, brother, Lowell Williams, and his wife, Helen, of Ft. Worth, Texas, and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, John Mark Williams, and brothers, David and Clyde Williams. Memorial donations may be in his name to the Alzheimer’s Association, 2448 E 81st St, Suite 3000, Tulsa, OK 74137.
