Johnnie Dean Barranco's Obituary
Johnnie Dean Barranco, 89 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in a Tulsa hospital. She was born October 27, 1931 in Grenada, Mississippi to her parents, John W. Taylor and Mattie Haley Taylor. She married the love of her life, Pascale Joseph Barranco on March 3, 1951 and they shared in over 58 wonderful years together before his passing in 2009. Johnnie retired from working over 20 years at Local 205 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union.
Johnnie is survived by her five children, Toni Cox and her husband Steve of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Charles Barranco of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dana Cherry and her husband Randy of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Tracy Barranco and his wife Lori of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Kelly Perkins and her husband Roger of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Raylene Lewis, Mary Barranco, Taylor Barranco, Chase Barranco, Lauren Gann-Webb, Kris Horn, Brandon Young, Kristin Cator and Casey Page; twenty great-grandchildren; and many friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mattie Taylor; her husband Pascale Joseph Barranco and six siblings.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., following the visitation, at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in the Garden of the Last Supper.
