Johnnie Trickett's Obituary
Johnnie F. Trickett, 73, of Tulsa, died on Thursday, September 18, 2014. He was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on February 7, 1941, the son of William and Violet (Sanders) Trickett. On May 18, 1962, he married Janet Lee Coch, in Claremore, Oklahoma. Johnnie proudly served in the United States Navy from 1963-1969. He had worked as an electrical engineer throughout his career. Johnnie is survived by his wife, Janet, three children, Dana Reed, and her husband, Herman, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Stephanie Easterling, and her husband, Jay, of Jenks, Oklahoma, and John Trickett, and his wife, Tammy, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, six grandchildren, Preston Reed, Amanda Coker, Gavin Easterling, Ryan Trickett, Riley Trickett, and Kaden Trickett, brothers, Bill Trickett, and David Hall, sisters, Beverly Conaster, Linda Coffey, and Ada Kay Townsend, and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Trickett, mother, Violet Hull, and sister, Shirley Baker. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Johnnie’s name to the ASPCA, 2910 Mohawk Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74110.
