Wynn, Jon's Obituary
Jon Richard Wynn, 85, of Tulsa, passed away on December 6, 2025, surrounded by his family. A devoted follower of God, Jon was a faithful and active member of Asbury Church for more than 50 years. His faith shaped the way he lived—steadfastly, joyfully, and with a heart open to everyone he met. Jon truly never met a stranger.
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jon devoted much of his life to the family business, Wynn Trailer Works, which he proudly owned until the 1980s, before transitioning into a long and successful career in sales. He was also an avid Oklahoma Sooners fan and rarely missed the chance to cheer them on.
More than anything, Jon loved his family. He cherished time with his children and especially his grandchildren, who were the light of his life.
Jon is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Bonnie Jean Jones Wynn; his daughters, Kari Wynn Moore of Dallas, and Andee Wynn Goss (Wes) of Broken Arrow; and his grandchildren, Dr. Mandalyn Moore Atkins (Hunter) of Corpus Christi, Karlie Rian Goss of Broken Arrow, and Casey Hunter Goss of Broken Arrow. He also has surviving nephews and nieces Bill Wynn, Jeff Angus, Teresa Wynn Aldrich, and Emily Angus Dusablon in addition to many other friends and family.
Jon was preceded in death by his parents Rowe and Jewell Wynn, and brother Rowe Wynn, Jr.
A celebration of Jon’s life will be held on February 20, 2026, at 10 AM at Floral Haven. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and honor a life well lived.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jon’s name to Wild Heart Ranch
