I'm so sad to hear this. She was my cousin and while I didn't see her often, I remember her as lively, funny and smart. She taught me how to read a map; I I had to, otherwise we would have gotten lost in Chicago. Love you Johnnis. You will be missed.
I was so sad to hear about Joni Ruth's passing this past week. Speaking for my family and cousins that knew her we will miss Joni and always remember her face lighting up when she'd give us the chocolate surup over biscuit recipe and remember her making it for us when she visited.
