Jordan Elise Henderson's Obituary
Jordan Elise Henderson, 33, passed from this life on January 16, 2026, in Jenks, Oklahoma. She was born on January 5, 1993, in Tulsa to her loving parents, Jord and Shawna Henderson, and from the very beginning she brought joy, laughter, and light into the world.
Jordan had a gift for brightening any room she entered. With her silly, fun-loving personality and her natural ability to make others feel welcome, people were drawn to her effortlessly. She was the life of every gathering, always ready with a smile. Dancing was her truest expression of joy, whether tap, ballet, or simply moving to music in the moment, it was where she felt most at ease.
A 2011 graduate of Broken Arrow High School, Jordan followed her passion for caring for others by pursuing a career in nursing. This was a role in which she poured her heart into and was deeply passionate about. Her compassion, dedication, and gentle spirit touched countless lives.
Outside of her profession, Jordan found peace and happiness in the simple beauties of life. She loved flowers and gardening, nurturing each bloom with the same tenderness she showed the people around her. She was also a devoted dog mom, cherishing the companionship of her animals and caring for them with unwavering affection.
Jordan valued her friendships deeply, keeping close bonds with friends she had known since high school. She was always striving to be the best friend she could be—loyal, supportive, and full of love. Above all, family meant everything to her. She treasured time spent with her loved ones, especially her three nieces, with whom she shared endless laughter, playfulness, and silly moments that will be remembered forever.
Jordan’s presence was a gift, and her absence leaves an ache in the hearts of all who knew her. Her light, her laughter, and her love will continue to shine in the memories she leaves behind, and her legacy will live on forever.
She is preceded in death by her father Jord Henderson, Jr. and her grandparents Winona Henderson and Louie Isham. Left to cherish Jordan’s memory is her mother Shawna Henderson; step father Wesley Hill; step mother Liz Henderson; her grandparents JC Henderson and Sue Isham; her uncle Travis Henderson and his wife Sandra; her sisters Shelby Crow and her husband Zack, and Madison Long and her husband Bryson; nieces Gracie Crow, Scottie Long, and Lylah Crow; along with many other family members and friends.
