Joseph J ""Bill"" Coppenger's Obituary
Coppenger, J.J.(Bill) born July 5, 1933 in Quinton, Ok. Died December 15, 2003. Played football for Quinton High Scholl, a quarterback, graduated in 1951. Married Violet Zerbey of Penna in 1952. Father of Connie Daugherty of San Diego, Ca, David Coppenger, who preceded him in death August 11, 1955, and Joe Coppenger of Bartlesville, Ok. Chili, as he was called by his co-wqorkers, worked for Century Geophysical, now called Hathaway, for 27 years, as a machinist. His favorite job was Ford Glass Plant where he worked as a Millwright for 15 years. He leaves behind his wife and Children, their spouses and 6 granddaughters, a great grandson and 2 step-granddaughters, a brother Lloyd in California, a sister Rochella in California, a brother Howard in Utah, a step-brother Warn in California, and a step-mother Winnie in Nevada also many other family members and friends. He was a member of Grace Fellowship Church for 15 years and Gracemont Baptist for 8 years. Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Thursday at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.Survived By:
