Joseph Charles "Joe" Fallin, age 73, of Tulsa, Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital as a result of sepsis. He was born and raised in Tulsa and was a graduate of the Oklahoma School for the Bl Read Obituary
To Joe's Family. I was so sorry to learn today of Joe's passing. Joe and I were law school classmates at OU, and I saw him frequently in the Beacon Bldg where we were both practicing. Joe had a terrific sense of humor, sometimes a little on the dry side, but funny nevertheless. I remember helping Joe relax after studying for the bar exam (he was living in a downtown hotel at the time to avoid distraction). A friend and I would pick Joe up and force him to come have a few (perhaps more than a few on occasion) beers at a bar on 15th St. This approach seemed to work since Joe got his license and the rest is history. The world is a sadder place for his passing. Now who will I have to join in a bag pipes duet, like the one we performed at my wedding ceremony in Tulsa about 27 years ago.
My condolences to all who knew Joe. He was a wonderful guy and he will be missed.

More than 40 years ago, Mr. Fallin helped me legally recover a Jeep. I never knew how he did it, but I will always be grateful for his help and remember his generosity.
