Joe Kelley, age 44, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life Friday, October 27, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born July 01, 1979, to Ted and Exzetta (Jones) Kelley, in Senatobia, Mississippi. Joe had an infectious smile, he turned on in a heart beat, making everyone around him smile and feel better about themselves. Joe loved spending time with and loving his two daughters, who were the love of his life. He was a giver. He read all kinds of books, including philosophy, training manuals on engines, equipment at work, and much more. Most of all he liked, reading the Bible. Thanksgiving will be different this year because he won't be the one cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Joe enjoyed driving on the open road.
Joe will be dearly missed by his parents: Ted and Exzetta Kelley; two daughters: Sheridyan and Reagan Towry; siblings: Jacqualine Kelley of Memphis, Tennessee, Justina Jones of Los Angeles, California, Alexander Jones of Los Angeles, California, Tonnie Jones of Los Angeles, California, Marionna Johnson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Shavonna Barns Kelley of Palo Alto, California, Venia Kelley of Bismarck, North Dakota, and Octavius Kelley of Memphis, Tennessee; his co-workers, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held 5:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM, Wednesday, November 01, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, November 02, 2023 at the Floral Haven Rose Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma..
