I've known and worked with Joe since his kids were little. He was was a great man and a devout Christian. He sat behind me at work and prayed for me in the 1980's when I didn't know Christ. He was a conscientious worker at Magellan Midstream Partners in the 1990's to 2015. He did all he could to get the projects out the door. He escorted my mother at my wedding in 1985. He was kind and generous.
I'll miss him, but will see him again when the Lord calls me home.
