Joseph Richard Shatto, a resident of LaGrange, Texas, passed away March 18, 2017 at the age of 83. He was born December 10, 1933 to Jacob Henry and Mary May Shatto in Rogers County, Oklahoma. He served in the United States Army.Survivors include his loving wife, Joyce Thompson Shatto; two sons, John Alyn Thompson and Jim Edward Thompson; granddaughter, Jennifer Lee Marr; brothers, Virgil and Donnie; sisters, Loren and Barbara and other relatives and friends.Viewing will be held Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday, March 24, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Floral Haven Funeral Home with Dan Schnell officiating. Burial will follow the service at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
