Yakov "Joshua" George Efseaff was born June 15, 1978, to George and Tanya Efseaff in Fresno, California. Yakov will be remembered for his quick wit and happy personality. Yakov enjoyed his woodworking, playing golf, camping, fishing, and deer hunting.
Yakov will be dearly missed by his parents George and Tanya Efseaff and sister Nadsya Efseaff. No local services are planned. Yakov will be laid to rest in California.
