Joyce Jacquline Welch Baughman was born March 7, 1931 in Maud, Oklahoma to Claude and Annie Welch. She left us on September 13, 2017. Joyce loved her family and loved to travel. She is survived by three daughters, Judy Bailey & husband, Jimmy of Broken Arrow, Jana Pennokee & husband, Richard of Broken Arrow and Julie Sloat & husband, Roger of Coweta; sister, Claudia Rudlang of Oklahoma City; six granddaughters; three grandsons; twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was known as Aunt Jackie to her numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Annie Welch And brother, Larry Welch.“We love you mom you will be missed.”Private Family Services will be held.
