Joyce Helen Seifert's Obituary
Joyce Helen Witkowski-Seifert, 74, of Broken Arrow, passed away on July 26, 2022 at her residence. She was born October 10, 1947 in Syracuse, NY to Chester and Helen Witkowski. Joyce grew up in Upstate New York in a town called Mattydale just outside of Syracuse. She graduated from North Syracuse High school and moved to southern California shortly thereafter. In California, Joyce met and married Walt Siefert on March 17, 1969. Joyce started working for the Walt Disney Company in the Legal Department and continued there for 25 years. She retired from Disney and moved to Palmdale, California with her husband Walt, where they enjoyed golfing and socializing. In 2008 they moved again, this time to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where they would spend the rest of their retirement years. Joyce and Walt enjoyed their golf outings and frequent trips to the casinos, where Joyce especially enjoyed spinning slots. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents. Joyce is survived by her husband, of 53 years, Walt of Broken Arrow, OK; brothers Jim (Donna) & Bob (Mona) Witkowski, both of California and nephews Robbie & CJ Witkowski. Joyce will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
