Juan “Joe” Jose Proa, a resident of Tulsa, passed away September 13, 2019 at the age of 60. He was born July 14, 1959 to Ernesto Proa and Angelina (Gonzalez) Proa in San Antonio, Texas.Survivors include his mother, Angie Proa; son, Jacob Andrew Proa; daughters, Samantha Proa and Jessica Ramirez; siblings, Liza Bryand, Grace Guerrero, Sergio Proa and Neti Santos; numerous other relatives and friends.Memorial Serivces will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 20, 2019 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
