Juanita Pauline Coffey's Obituary
Juanita Pauline Coffey, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend. Born Monday, April 30, 1923 in Camp Lewis, Washington to her loving parents, George & Florence Gordon; went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 30, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her loving family by her side. A longtime resident of the Tulsa area, Juanita enjoyed many things in her free time such as, short car rides, crossword puzzles and crocheting. What she was truly passionate about was her family and spending time with them. Fond memories will always be cherished of Juanita especially her award winning crocheting and her yodeling. She will be deeply missed by all those who had their lives touched by her. Juanita is preceded in death by her beloved first husband, Cecil Andrew Schumacher; her beloved second husband, Robert Wesley Coffey; her loving son, Ronald Wayne Schumacher; her three dearly loved sisters, Betty Gordon, Mertrice Gordon and Francis Gordon; her two loving brothers, Donald Gordon and George Thomas “Flash” Gordon Jr. Juanita is survived by her seven loving children, Cecilia Ann Phillips, Linda Louise Chesser, Patricia Lee Johnson, Dorothy “DJ” Jeanne Record, David Alan Schumacher, Robert Wesley Coffey II and Steven W. Coffey; her thirteen dearly loved grandchildren; her twenty-three beloved great grandchildren; her three precious great-great grandchildren and numerous other loving family members and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 11:00AM at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in the Garden of the Last Supper. Services have been entrusted to Floral Haven Funeral Home, Floral Shop, Crematory & Memorial Gardens; 6500 S 129th E Avenue; Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that a donation be made to the Tulsa & Creek Counties Senior Nutrition managed by: Sodexo in Juanita’s name.
