Juanita Raye Wade's Obituary
Juanita Raye Wade, 95, of Broken Arrow Oklahoma, passed away on December 5, 2020. She was born on February 12, 1925, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to parents Esquire and Caledonia "Ruthie" Maggard.
Juanita is survived by her children; Jacqulin Beebe, Rhonda Mathis and husband James, and Gayla Hublei; her grandchildren Tonya Fondren and husband Thomas, Amy Barker and husband Craig, and Joshua Mathis and wife Kaly; great-grandchildren Slater Fondren, Tatum Fondren, Emmy Barker, Max Barker, Maverick Mathis, Jolene Mathis, and Lucky Mathis; as well as a sister in law Beverly Dunn; along with a host of other family and friends that will forever miss her.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Jack J. Wade, and her parents Esquire and Caledonia "Ruthie" Maggard.
