Judith Ann Ethridge's Obituary
Judith Ann Ethridge
04/24/1944 ~ 10/21/2025
Judith Ann Ethridge, 81, of Catoosa, Oklahoma, went home to be with her Lord on October 21, 2025. She was born on April 24, 1944, in Madison, Wisconsin, to parents Henry Geodfrey Blumer and Berniece Tillie (Haugen) Blumer.
On September 7, 1963, Judith married the love of her life, Robert Ethridge, in Belleville, Wisconsin. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with faith, love, and devotion, and this year, they celebrated 62 years of marriage.
Judith was a godly woman whose life was a true reflection of service and compassion. She had a heart for helping others and found great joy in giving her time and talents to those around her. A talented seamstress and a wonderful cook, she combined both passions in a special way by teaching a preschool cooking class for 25 years to two and three-year-olds; two of which went on to become chefs.
Judith also cherished her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandkids and creating lasting memories with her family. She and Robert shared many adventures throughout their life together, including two years living in England while Robert served in the military.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert "Harry" Ethridge; two sons, Joel Ethridge and Erick Ethridge; and her beloved grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Berniece Bloomer; her son, Andy Ethridge; and her siblings, Sharon Dallman and David Blumer.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at the Floral Haven Chapel.
Judith will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her generous heart, and the love she poured into every life she touched.
