I will deeply miss my dear friend Judy, who I love with my whole heart. As I read Judy's obituary, it reminded me of the many things that tied Judy and I together over the 30+ years of friendship...our love of genealogy, movies, travel, and most importantly family. For me, Judy was always a very kind, loving, loyal and supportive friend. Attributes that were also evident in her as a mother, grandmother, sister, teacher, friend...the list could go on and on. Since the McNeers lived across the street from us for many years, our children grew up together and our families were connected through church, school and sports activities. Even after our children were grown and we were empty nesters, Judy, David, Paul and I would get together with our other close friends, the Allens and the Wards to celebrate birthdays, holidays, (or simply dinner time with one another) to catch up on what was going on in everyone's lives. I miss those conversations and the laughter from the times when we were all together. Judy made a difference in so many lives, and I am grateful for the time I've been blessed to call her my friend. My family and I send love and prayers for comfort to Carrie, Michael and their families.
