Judith Nelson's Obituary
Judith Ann Nelson was born April 11 1941 in Stark City, Missouri. She was a member of 136 in Heaven’s Assembly Harber Lights Family Bible Class.
She graduated from this life in Tulsa to her eternal home in Heaven on October 3, 2025. She was 84 years, 5 months, 14 days of age.
She married Stanley Nelson of Watts Oklahoma on December 24, 1962.
Judith was preceded in death by her father Wallace Trebilcock and her mother Elizabeth (White) Trebilcock, and grand daughter Michelle Harris.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley Nelson, of 62 years, two children Duane Nelson, Daughter, Carie Logston, brother Jonathan Trebilcock, two grand daughters, Jackie Scott and Kristin Nelson, and one great grand son, Rowan Scott.
Judith graduated from the Paris Arkansas High School, and attended Tulsa Junior College, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M at Miami Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Her teaching assignments included: Haskell, Park Lane, Oak Crest, and the Assembly New Adventures Elementary Schools. It was Oak Crest where she was honored Fourth Grade Teacher of the Year!
Judith’s interests and hobbies were love of reading, studying her bible, teaching women’s bible classes.
She and her husband, Stanley, were care pastor’s at the Bella Vista Arkansas Assembly of God. She loved traveling, the outdoors, and working in her flower garden. She dearly loved her school children’s and wanted each one to be challenged to succeed to their maximum ability.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 9th, 2025 from 4-7 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home
Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, October 10th, 2025 at The Assembly in Broken Arrow, OK
Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens at 12 PM
