Judith Tarr 81, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on April 11, 2026. There will be a memorial service on Saturday July 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Floral Haven Chapel with a reception to follow at the Floral Haven Family Center from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
