June Alean Hughes' Obituary
On Saturday, January 21, 2023, June Alean Hughes, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away in her home surrounded by family at age 79. June was born March 3, 1943 in Coweta, Oklahoma to Jack and Aline Cochran.
She was a homemaker. On July 21, 1961, she married Paul Edward Hughes. They raised a son, Roger and a daughter, Terri. June had a passion for helping people and making sure her family was taken care of. Her and Paul raised three of their grandchildren. She had an infectious smile and a kind and compassionate spirit that will be deeply missed.
June was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Aline and brother, Billy Ray. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Paul Hughes, son Roger Hughes of Broken Arrow, daughter Terri Feltz of Jenks, grandsons Jacob Spencer of Jenks, Jarrod Feltz and wife Baylee of Tulsa, Ryan hughes and wife Cassandra of Glencoe, granddaughters Jenna Sadler and husband Justin of Beggs, and Samantha Hughes of Broken Arrow. Great grandchildren Jacob Jr, Stella, Graisyn, Liam and two more on the way.
A funeral service will be held on at Floral Haven Chapel at Monday January 30, 2023 at 3:00 PM.
