Karen was a wonderful and caring person. She always did a great job fixing my hair, she even came to my assisted living apartment to fix my hair. I will miss her friendship! My sympathies are with her family at this difficult time. Marcelleta Kelley

My father, George Noland was a regular client of Karen's for many, many years. He called her "his barberette" and he considered Karen a close friend not just his hair stylist.. My father passed away August 2nd but I called many times on my father's behalf to check on Karen while she was in the hospital. Karen must have been a very special, caring person and I appreciate her friendship with my father over the years.
Please accept mine and my family's condolences on the loss of Karen.

I met Karen through a former client of hers, Mary Boursheski. Karen was Mary's stylist for many years. Mary recommended her to another friend of mine, Donna Nelson. Karen was Donna's stylist for several years. I escorted both Mary and Donna to get their hair done by Karen several times. Karen was very patient and loving to these fine older women. Karen came to Donna's assisted living apartment when Donna could no longer come to her. She also went to the funeral home to do her hair one final time to ensure that Donna's hair looked good for her funeral. Karen was a wonderful woman who persevered through health challenges of her own. I remember her cheerful laugh. I will pray for the peaceful repose of her soul and comfort for her family members.
