Kathy Beall's Obituary
Katherine "Kathy" Ellaine Beall, 65 of Claremore, Oklahoma passed from this life on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 in a Claremore hospital. She was born on February 23, 1956 in Fort Polk, Louisiana to her parents, Marvin Dean Beall and Shirley Nell Cruise Beall.
It is with extreme sadness to announce that my precious and oh so special sister, Kathy Beall passed away yesterday morning very unexpectedly. She will be missed by many. Anyone who knew Kathy appreciated her humor, amusing antics, and some times comical personality. The things that came out of her mouth…. She held her family very close and if you were lucky enough to be her friend, she would never forget you and always had a story to tell - accurate or not. Due to her life long ailments her life was a bit limited and restricted. We were however, so fortunate to take her with us on some nice vacations. We took her to New York, Washington DC, Texas, Branson, Eureka and we all had so much fun. However her most favorite trip of all time was to Disney Land to see Mickey Mouse!!! She was in her element! Our sibling trip was spent watching Kathy absorb every aspect of the park up to THE most fabulous moment when she met Mickey Mouse “in person”… The shear joy on her face was simply precious. Kathy primarily remained a “child” most of her life based on her birth disabilities. She looked at life from a very special point of view. Her simplistic innocence was remarkable! She saw things for what they were without putting any kind of spin on it. Everything was black and white so you always knew just how she really felt. Her favorite things included Mickey Mouse of course, her brother Richard and her sisters, puppies, her “stinking” nephews, my Charlie, and my Grand children. She loved to go thrift shopping! She would find things for us that we never knew we needed until she brought it to us… She will be missed terribly! Please feel free to join us in a celebration of her life.
Kathy is survived by two siblings, Deborah Kupiec of Owasso, Oklahoma and Richard J. Beall and his wife Cathy of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two half-brothers, Clayton McQuagge and his wife Donna of Fort Worth, Texas and John McQuagge of Fort Worth, Texas; two nephews, David L. Kupiec and his wife Heaven of Owasso, Oklahoma and Robert Sherrick of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and many other nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Virginia Sherrick.
Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Floral Haven's Rose Chapel with Pastor Bill Savage officiating.
