Kathleen "Kathy" Dian Johnson Dean, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on September 1, 2022 at the age of 68. Kathy was born on October 26, 1953 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Johnie and Bernice Johnson. She will be missed by every Read Obituary
I knew Kathy from Riverside Baptist Church where she played the piano for over 20 years. She was a fabulous musician. She could play any style music. I loved Kathy’s passion for the Lord, her quick wit, her love of people and her willingness to help them, her passion for OU sports, and her friendship. She was taken way too soon and will be deeply missed.
My prayers are with Bart and the family during this time of loss.
I worked with Kathy for 25 years. What a sweetheart she always was. And my OU buddy to boot!! Gone way too soon and she will never be forgotten. My condolences to her family.
Kathy worked side by side with me for 28 years as my loan assistant. Her knowledge and effectiveness at her job was amazing. She formed good relationships with co-workers and customers, and helped so many of them. She was honest, had a sharp wit about her, loved OU sports, and had a soft spot for animals.
My condolences go to Kathy's family. We will all miss her very much.

My fondest memory of Kathy is as a loyal OU fan, and a very particular one at that! When OU football games were on TV, she would turn off the sound and listen to the radio broadcast instead. "The TV announcers just don't know the team like the radio guys". And Kathy's game analysis was second to none!
A wonderful lady, taken too soon. Rest in peace, Kathy. You will be missed.
