Kathleen Graham Fleming's Obituary
Kathleen Fleming, 85, of Broken Arrow, OK, passed away on February 12, 2025. Known affectionately as "Kathie" to her family and friends, and “MeeMaw” to her grandchildren, she was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on October 2, 1939, to parents Fred and Frances Florig.
Kathie started as an accountant but changed directions to fulfill a divine call. After moving to Oklahoma to train for the ministry, she and her late husband, Dave, briefly pastored a church in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Upon his passing, she sensed a call to travel around the country as an itinerant minister. She functioned in this capacity until her death, spending over 37 years traveling and ministering.
Kathie was an adventurer from the start who loved to take trips, and she was very generous. She was a free spirit and was never content to fit in or follow the status quo. Her ministry as a traveler fit her perfectly; she loved to pack her car and go on the road visiting pastors, friends, and churches. Kathie touched the lives of many with her courage and tenacity. She will be missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Kathie was preceded in death by her brother, James, and her husband, Dave Fleming. She is survived by her four children, Melissa (Gerald), Kimberly, Diana, and David (Erica); six grandchildren, Brendon (Amy), Kyle (Layne), David, Katie, Nathan, and Andrew; and four great-grandchildren, Harvey, Lilah, Owen, and Myles.

A memorial service to honor the life of Kathleen will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, located at, 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, with her son, David J. Fleming officiating.
Those wishing to send flowers for the service may do so by calling Floral Designs by Floral Haven at (918) 459-1525. Independent florists may deliver arrangements directly to Floral Haven Funeral Home by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, for them to be set out and properly displayed for Kathleen's memorial service in a timely manner.

A reception will be held once the chapel service concludes from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Floral Haven’s Family Center. Kathy's family would like to warmly extend an invitation to anyone wishing to attend the reception to continue in fellowship and in the sharing of memories. The Floral Haven Family Center is also located on-site at Floral Haven Funeral Home, 6420 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
