Kathrean V Cagle's Obituary
Cagle, Kathrean V., died on July 3, 2009. Born October 6, 1923 to Tom and Ruth Hill, Coffeyville, Kansas. She graduated from Coffeyville Junior College and married Clarence, who became a major contributor to the development of western swing music as a member of the famous Bob Wills Texas Playboys, Johnnie Lee Wills and Leon McAuliffe bands. She was a 45 year member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and also a member of Business/Professional Women (BPW) in Rogers, Arkansas where they owned a store named the House of Music for 19 years. Services will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 10:00 A.M., Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with interment following. Floral Haven 252-2518 Survived By: her son Clarence K. Cagle and spouse Beverly K. Cagle, Tulsa, daughter Patricia A. Tiffin and spouse Steve Tiffin, Tulsa. Grandchildren include Trisha M. Daugherty, Tulsa, Todd N. Tiffin, Austin, Texas, Amyee P. Tiffin, Tulsa, and Philip B. Cagle, Westminster, Colorado. Great grandchildren include Tyler Sherbon, Tulsa, Ashlyee Daugherty, Tulsa, and Seth Cagle, Westminster, Colorado. Preceded in death by her parents and sister Josephine Davis, brother Thomas J. Hill and beloved husband of 60 years, Clarence B. Cagle.
