Kathryn McDaris' Obituary
Kathryn McDaris, 70, of Tulsa, joined our Father in Heaven on December 11, 2021, surrounded by family at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born March 13, 1951, in Menominee, MI to John W. and Shurlee Joyce Kilimann. Kathi was a military and law enforcement officer wife, a devoted mother to her family, anchoring them together wherever in the world the ARMY called for her to serve. She was a true patriot that loved the United States of America. She never missed wishing happy birthday or anniversary to all her immediate and extended family members. Kathi was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary Kristine Kilimann, husband Ted W. McDaris and daughter-in-law Lindsey Walker-McDaris. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law Parrish McDaris, Timothy and Cassidee McDaris, and Johnathon and Nikki McDaris; 4 Grandchildren Campbell, Calahan, Kaden, and Annabella; brother and sister-in-law Dr. Kevin and Kathy Kilimann; sister and brother-in-law Michael and Karen Manning; and 6 nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held to celebrate Kathi’s life at 10 a.m., Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Floral Haven in Broken Arrow, OK.
