Keaton, you were such an amazing young man and will be missed more than you could ever know. There will forever be a hole in our hearts, until we are reunited.
I will be forever grateful for the precious memories we’ve made with you, the memories that will help us through our toughest days. You were so strong, the strongest person I know! You were so courageous and fought so valiantly to the very end. Your incredibly sweet spirit and positive attitude through it all were awe inspiring. You had a joy about you that was just amazing. Never once during your battle did I hear you complain, question God, or ask, ‘Why me?’ You were wise beyond your years and knew what it will take a lifetime for some to figure out–some never will. You knew that you were the child of God, loved so much, and that this world was not your home. You knew that you were simply passing through & knew the eternal joy and peace that awaited you.
We will miss your physical presence so much it hurts, but please know that we rejoice with you. It brings us so much comfort to know that you are with Jesus, that your suffering has ended and your physical body is no longer limiting you. We know you were ready to go long before you did, but selflessly held on for us. You knew we weren’t ready.
You were my first nephew and have always been so special to me. You introduced me to being an aunt & I loved it!
I love you so much! I promise to help take care of your mama, the strongest woman I’ve ever known. She’s pretty amazing, but you know that ??
Until we meet again, sweet boy! You will forever be in my heart??????
