Kelli Kristen Kelley, 47, of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away on February 24, 2021. She was born on June 27, 1973, to parents Gary Lyn Dugger and Margarete Elizabeth Cunningham-Hale.
She is survived by her sisters: Andrea Cunningham and her husband Christopher Boyd, Jessica Cunningham and her husband Samuel Timmons, and Miracle Sams; 8 nephews, 9 nieces, 6 great-nephews, and 1 great-niece; as well as a host of other family and friends that will forever miss her.
