Kelly was the kind of friend that you could spend time with without saying a word, and be completely comfortable. He could say more with a glance and a half-smile than anyone I ever knew.
Kelly was a true gem of a human, and I was extremely fortunate to know him. Kelly was a kind soul who always had a witty word, a fascinating tidbit of knowledge from such areas as diverse as electronics to music history to fishing to muscle cars. A gifted musician and renaissance man. He was a great dad and family man. I will miss you.
