Kenneth Loren Cline's Obituary
Cline, Kenneth Loren, 85, went home to be with his Lord on Friday, February 4, 2005. Born June 1, 1919, in Buxton, KS, the son of Lewis Lloyd and Vera (Ross) Cline. Ken shared 56 years of devoted marriage with Thelma Mae (Judd) Cline, who preceded him in death in September 2004. Ken retired as a Data Processing Technician after 35 years with Standard Oil/Amoco Oil Co. He was a member of Community Christian Church in Tulsa. Ken and Thelma enjoyed many retirement years of traveling and outdoor adventures with all their good friends in the Holiday Ramblers Camping Club, and in their South Country Estates Retirement Club get-togethers. Ken was an avid gardener and rock collector as a member of the Tulsa Rock and Mineral Society. Friends and neighbors will remember Ken proudly displaying the American flag in his front yard everyday.Preceded in death by: two sisters Loretta and Edith Imogene. Funeral service was held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 8, 2005, at the Community Christian Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Interment followed in the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.Survived By: three sons, Gary Cline and wife Sandy of Farmington Hills, Michigan; Joel Cline and wife Nancy of Tulsa; Kevin Cline and wife Pam of Bristow; daughter, Catherine Flemming of Tulsa; two brothers, Ralph Cline and wife Joey, and Lewis Cline of Fredonia, KS; two sisters, Leota Burnett and husband Silas of Keizer, OR, Velma Blair of Salem, OR; grandchildren, Cher, April, Brandon, Emily, Barron, twins Colby and Caitlin, Candace, twins Katlyn and Caleb, and first great grandchild arriving soon, Amber Lynn.
