Though I didn’t have the pleasure of personally knowing Ken, I always enjoyed hearing about the many lively conversations he had with my Mom (Carol Turinetti-Comes) and my sister (Sherry Comes). He sure was a kind and amazing man, and he loved his family with all of his heart! He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time, and I’m wishing you peace and love.
I’m deeply grateful for uncle Ken’s regular encouragement of me and my family. Though we were miles apart he made me feel at home. We knew we were loved.
Such an amazing person, I will miss our long discussions on religion, politics and family. He was such a big part of my everyday conversations, texting, on facebook, phone calls, emails…my mother’s last remaining relative. We Turinetti families (Carol Turinetti’s and Ken Turinetti’s) became so close thanks to Ken and Carol (cousins) become closer these past few years. I can honestly say he made my world a better place with him in it, I miss him already and am very sorry for the loss. I will always remember what a kind and amazing man he was Alav Ha-sholom (“may he rest in peace”) , I will always love you and cherish the time we shared.
