Kenneth James Pell's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Doctor Kenneth James Pell. He was born on June 18, 1962 in Tulsa, OK to Jarrell and Judy Pell and was the oldest of five children. Ken went to be with the Lord on October 25, 2015. He attended the Free Will Baptist Bible College in Nashville, TN for his undergraduate. He Received two Master Degrees, one from Olivet Nazarene in Religion and the other from Phillips Graduate Seminary in Theology. Ken later received his Doctorate in Theology from Northwest Theological Seminary in Seattle Washington. He was in the Pastoral Ministry for 32 years. He Pastored churches throughout Illinois, New York, Maryland, and Oklahoma where he was currently the Pastor at Broken Arrow Nazarene Church. Ken married Vickie Lynn Tosh on August 4, 1984. Kenneth is survived by his wife Vickie Pell of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Kris Adams (Elizabeth City, NC); son and daughter-in-law, Craig and ValAnn Pell (Bartlesville, OK); grandchildren, Kameron and Maddison Adams, Charles and Hardy Pell; parents Jarrell and Judy Pell (Inola, OK); father and mother-in-law, Charles and Estelle Tosh (Tennessee); sister Karla Powell (Inola, OK); brothers, Keith Pell and wife Wanda (South Carolina), Kerry Pell and wife Christie (Georgia), and Patrick Pell and wife LeAnn (Claremore, OK); brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Cheryl Brown (Tennessee); Twelve Nephews and Four Nieces. Ken’s hobbies included: spending time with his kids, grandkids, and family; hunting; golf; riding motor cycles; and playing/restoring guitars. His heart’s desire was to see Jesus’ church become the love of God in the world.
