Kent Richard Hayes' Obituary
Kent Richard Hayes was born on August 14, 1967 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He passed away on August 31, 2015. Kent was the third of four children. He attended East Central High School, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and Northeastern State University. After graduation, he began a career as a Jeweler and Salesman. Kent was a life-long resident of both Tulsa and Broken Arrow. Kent married Michelle (Ryan) Hayes on May 1, 1999. They were members of Asbury United Methodist Church. Kent was a happy, friendly, easy going person and he never met a stranger. The most important events of his life were marrying the love of his life, Michelle and the births of his precious children. Kent loved the Kansas City Chiefs, jewelry making, traveling, cooking and family time. He was a huge AC/DC fan; he also loved rock, jazz & the King, Elvis Presley. Kent was a loving, caring and selfless man. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Kent is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Ryan Hayes; father, David Hayes and mother, Kathrine Browne; children, Jessica Lundy & husband, Brian, Jamie Hayes, Nicholas Hayes, Kenley Hayes, Michaela Hayes, Kendall Hayes; grandsons, Kage Chrisman and Kohen Lundy; siblings, Paul Hayes & wife, Becky, Joe Hayes & wife, Carolyn, Matt Hayes & wife, Amanda, Kathrine Browne & husband, Andy Beck and Chuck Browne & wife, Tammy. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Saturday, September 5, 2015 in the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, followed by burial in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Friday, September 4, 2015.
