Larry Joe Alexander, 81 of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born December 2, 1936 in Harrison, Arkansas to his parents, Dewey Franklin Alexander and Viola Anita Curtis Alexander.Larry is survived by his loving wife, Sandy Groblebe Alexander of the home; 2 sons, David F. Alexander and wife Kathy of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and James “Matt” Alexander and wife Grace of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one daughter, Dawn Starr and husband Scott of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Jake Alexander of Tulsa, Kyle Alexander of Broken Arrow, Cassity Alexander of Broken Arrow, Maddie Starr of Broken Arrow, Colton Starr of Broken Arrow, Luke Alexander of Tulsa, and Kathryn Alexander of Tulsa. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey Alexander and Viola Curtis Medley.A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Military Honors provided by the US Navy Honor Guard. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.The family has requested memorials be made to Roserock Hospice, 2642 E 21st St, Tulsa, OK 74114.
