Rev. Larry Carney's Obituary
Rev. Larry Carney, 72 of Tulsa, Oklahoma went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, October the 22nd of 2021. He was born on August the 4th of 1949 in Collinsville, Oklahoma to his parents, Elmer Delbert Carney and Opha Pearl Reynolds Carney. On August the 29th of 1975, he took the hand of Lynnelle M. Gourd and they were married. Over the next 46 years they shared their lives together, making everlasting memories.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, Lynnelle Carney of the home; four children, Jim Carney and his wife Julie of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Keith Carney and his wife Tresa of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Larry John Carney, Jr. of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Leah Gray and her husband Josh of Old Town, Maine; two sisters, Lee Rankin of Inola, Oklahoma and Reba Vann of Claremore, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Jessica Carney, Daniel Carney and his wife Gracie, Jordan Gonzalez and her husband Joel, Adam Carney and Andrew Carney; one great-granddaughter, Perrie Jane Carney; and many friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Opha Carney.
Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kelvin Limbocker officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
