Larry C. Chandler's Obituary
Services have been set for Larry Chandler, 55, of Owasso, OK. He has completed his Earthly Journey and is now with God. Larry was born July 6, 1956 to Harold and Mary Chandler. He grew up in Tulsa, OK along with his sister Debbie. Larry remained friends with his High School buddies and they maintained a lasting and supportive relationship through the years after he graduated from Union High School. He went to other technical schools. He then went to work for Bender Direct Mail & Advertising where he met his wife Donna. They were married in 1985 and raised their family in Tulsa and Owasso, OK. Larry was a loyal and loving father to his daughters, Ashley and Heather. He and Donna loved the outdoors. As a family they often fished and camped out. Larry was happiest when he was with his family. Larry and Donna were blessed with 4 grandchildren. After he re- tired from Bender Direct Mail, he became ill with his terrible disease of COPD. He was a man of many talents. Larry was the President of Craftsman Club of Tulsa, OK. Donna and Larry shared a wonderful life for 26 years. Their faith in God and commitment to family have truly Blessed. Larry will be missed by his family and friends, but his Spirit Lives on in the hearts of those who love him. Survived by wife, Donna Chandler; daughters, Ashley Chandler, Heather Chandler. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association. Service will be 12:30 pm Wednesday, October 12, 2011, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, OK. Family and friends will meet and visit at the Floral Haven Family Center following the services.
