Larry Dean Holland's Obituary
Larry Dean Holland was born October 4, 1948 in Wichita Falls, Texas and passed away May 2, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Larry was very active in his church; he often helped with vacation bible school, ushering at services, being a lay reader and volunteering for several church activities and events. Larry loved all animals! He would rescue any animal in need; including turtles that he found trying to cross the roads, snakes, birds, mice; but before releasing the mice he would feed them for 2-3 days to ensure they were ok. He also released any spiders from his house that he found. He believed any creature big or small was important. Larry loved watching OSU football games. The most important thing to Larry was his family, he often said his favorite hobby was his family! He wanted everyone he knew to feel loved and happy and he would do anything he could to make that happen. He was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Larry was preceded in passing by his grandparents, and his parents Floyd and Virginia Holland. Larry is survived by his Spouse, Jill Holland; son, Brian Holland and his wife Lori; son, Joshua Holland and his wife Courtney; daughter, Wendi Holland; grandchildren, Brooke, Brady and Grayson Holland; sister, Lynn Rogers and her husband James; brother, John Holland and his wife Debbie; sister, Cindy Bass; nephews, Adam Rogers and J.P., Spencer and Matthew Holland; niece, Danielle Nathan; aunt, Charlette Ross-Hearne and her husband Dr. Brad Hearne; great-niece and nephews, Tinecia Hays, Masheli Sargent and Carter Strain; mother-in-law, Betsy Craytor; sister-in-law, Becky Bonardi and her husband John; brother-in-laws Bret Craytor and his wife DeAnna and Bart Craytor and his wife Andy and numerous other family members and friends.
