Latrell Lee Nelson's Obituary
Latrell Lee Nelson was born May 21, 2005 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the proud parents of Samuel Lee Nelson and Raven Monique Nelson.Latrell was on this earth for 11 years. He loved to watch Spongebob Squarepants and enjoyed watching and playing basketball. He attended Dunbar Elementary as a 6th grader, he was honored to receive student of the month this year and was an honor roll student his 5th grade year. He had many friends and all the teachers and staff loved his loving personality. At the age of 4 he was diagnosed with epilepsy (a disorder in which nerve cell activity in the brain is disturbed, causing seizures). Through all of that he was the most loving, charismatic little boy you would ever want to meet.Every night before him and his siblings would go to bed they would pray with their mother and he would be the first one to start, saying “Now I lay, me down to sleep, I pray the Lord, my soul to keep, if I die before I wake, I pray the Lord, my soul to take”, AMENTo carry on his precious memories: his parents Samuel and Raven Nelson, his sisters Mercedes Nelson, Jassmine Nelson and Laila Nelson, his brothers Devion Nelson, Anfernee Nelson, Dwayne Nelson. His grandmother Deborah Shivers, His Aunts Tammy Clark, Deborah Kay Nelson, Chasity Grant, Juney Nelson, Amanda Robinson, Latasha Nelson and other relatives and friends.There will be a visitation, Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 2:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, in Broken Arrow, OK.
