Lawrence Moore's Obituary
Lawrence Guy Moore, 64 of Foyil, passed away on June 30th 2021 peacefully at his residence surrounded by family. In the weeks leading up to his earthly departure, he was able to spend time with family telling stories, looking at pictures, watching his favorite show Gunsmoke, and listening to music. He was born March 22, 1957 in Tulsa to John and Shirley Moore. He was an avid woodworker and handyman and genuinely loved playing pranks and jokes on those around him. Serving as a Master Mechanic as both a career and hobby for many years in the local area and was able to travel all over the world doing this getting in various adventures along the way.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and Brother Danny. Lawrence is survived by his wife Rita of the home, His Brothers Johnny of Jay and Jim of Springfield, His Sons Josh of Charlotte NC, David and Wife Alicia of Broken Arrow, as well as two Grandsons Devin and Alec, and three cats that he said “accidentally” got into the house Buttercup, Sis, and Shadow.
Visitation will be from 4 pm - 6 pm on Tuesday, July 6 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Services will be at 10 am on Wednesday, July 7 at the Floral Haven Chapel.
