Sue Gallimore's Obituary
Lee “Sue” Gallimore passed from this life on August 10, 2021, in Broken Arrow, OK. She was born on November 30, 1940, in Miami, Oklahoma to Frank Joseph Mabrey and Tessie Lee Mabrey (Wilson). Her childhood and early adult life were spent in Southern California until 1968, when the family returned to Oklahoma. She spent the remainder of her life in Broken Arrow.
During her lifetime, Sue worked as a beautician, an assistant manager for Safeway and finally as a school bus driver in Jenks, OK. Sue loved children, so driving the bus was a perfect fit for her.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughters, Lori Moore and Melba Jenkins, grandchildren Ryan, Carlie, Amanda, Dalton and Kolby, sister Molly Stines and husband Randy, as well as great-grandchildren, Courtney, Chloe, Jacob and Tessie, nephews Justin, Jacob and Evan, and nieces Carrie, Mabrey and Coree.
Services to celebrate Sue’s life will be held on Monday, August 16, at 3:00 pm at Floral Haven. Visitation prior to services will be on Sunday, August 15 from noon until 4:00 pm.
