Leon Floyd Hise's Obituary
Leon Floyd Hise Graveside Services with military honors at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin Oklahoma 1:00pm, Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Mr. Hise was born July 26, 1937 in Pittsburg, Ok to Jack and Flora Hise. He passed away 17 Jan 2018, with family next to him. He attended Fillmore and Milburn Schools, leaving school at the age of 17 to join the Air Force. While in the Air Force he met his wife Sylvia Boyle Hise and they had one child Kim. After four years in the Air Force and an honorable discharge he went to work for the Federal Aviation Administration for the next 39 years until his retirement. Leon enjoyed coaching soccer, fishing, and spending time with his family. His is survived by his wife Sylvia, daughter Kim, grandson Justin; along with his wife Kimberly Shepherd, and great grand children Davin, Geneva, Elijah, and Charlie Shepherd.
