Leona Mae Webster's Obituary
Leona Mae Webster, age 91, passed from this life on August 27, 2025, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 27, 1934, in Clinton, Oklahoma, Leona was one of nine children born to John and Ida Magnus. From the very beginning, she brought warmth, strength, and joy into the lives of those around her.
In 1953, Leona met and married the love of her life, Curtis Webster. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories. Their union was blessed with three children, who became the center of Leona’s world and the source of her greatest joy.
Leona’s love for her family was unmatched. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones, always eager to create new memories and share in life’s simple pleasures. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her family to her beloved pets, as she held a deep affection for animals of all kinds.
A woman of many interests, Leona found joy in watching game shows, listening to music, and admiring the beauty of flowers. In her later years, she discovered a fondness for visiting the casino, where she enjoyed playing the games and the company of others. She also took great pride in staying active and found fulfillment in her exercise routines.
Leona’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and devotion. Her presence was a gift to all who knew her, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
She is preceded in death by her husband Curtis Webster; son Stan Webster; her parents John and Ida Magnus; siblings Dorothy Osborn, Laoma Barker, Bessie Franklin, Archie Mangus, Lloyd Mangus, and Orville Mangus. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Donna Daniels and her husband Richard and Mavis Jaworski; grandchildren Destiny Daniels, Leon Jaworski, and Shannon Jaworski; sister Carolyn Egelston; brother Dwayne Mangus; along with many other family members and friends who will miss the light she brought to their lives.
A celebration of Leonas life will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 2:00PM at Floral Haven Funeral Homes Rose Chapel with Pastor James Lacey officiating. Leona will be laid to rest following at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
