Lewis Duane Altman, 82, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away November 29, 2021. Lewis was born December 29, 1938, in Leechburg, Pennsylvania to Ronald and Virginia Altman. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be 4-6 pm, Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am, Friday, December 3, 2021, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
