It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Jean Smith, born in Joplin, Missouri on October 16, 1954, and departed this world from Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 11, 2023, with her loving family by her side.
Linda was born in Joplin, Missouri on October 16, 1954, to Jake and Evelyn Loggins. She attended Edison High School in Tulsa OK. She married the love of her life and soul mate, Duane Smith at the age of 17, and they had two sons: Jeremy and Christopher. Linda was a woman of faith and was always a strong support system for her husband. She worked happily alongside Duane until they retired. Linda touched the lives of many with her kindness and free-spirited nature. She will be forever missed.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents Jake and Evelyn Loggins and her bother Larry Loggins. She is survived by her husband Duane Smith, her sons Jeremy Smith (s) Charice Smith, and Christopher Smith (s) Pam Smith, her grandchildren Trent Smith and Kelsey Flowers (s) Jerod Flowers, and her great granddaughter Zira Flowers, and her nephews and nieces Steven Loggins, Jessica Loggins, Rachel Blan, and Ashley Sigourney.
A funeral service to honor the life of Linda will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, November 20, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, located at 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Interment will follow immediately after conclusion of the chapel service, 4:15 PM, at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in the Masonic Garden.
Anyone wishing to send flowers may do so by ordering through our website or by calling Floral Designs by Floral Haven at (918) 459-1525. Any other florists may deliver flowers directly to Floral Haven Funeral Home by 2:00 PM on Monday, November 20, 2023, in order for them to be set out and properly displayed for Linda's services.
