Linda Marie Taylor's Obituary
Taylor, Linda M. ~ Born May 19, 1947, in Reedley, California, went home to be an angel on August 19, 2005. She was the daughter of Roy and Mary Tibbs. She is survived by her husband, Bennie Lathem; her sons, James D. Cichon and wife, Brandi, of Tulsa, Roy Cichon and wife, Nicole, of Broken Arrow; her sister, Kay Becerra, of Tulsa and her brother, David Tibbs, of McCurtain; her niece, Erika Baumgartner and husband, Joe, of Broken Arrow. She had five grandchildren, James A. Cichon, Danielle Cichon, Evan Cichon, Ethan Cichon and Landon Cichon. Linda graduated from McClain High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma and soon after began a career in the title and abstract industry, which lasted 40 years. She was Vice President of Smith Brothers Abstract and Title Company and an active realtor selling new homes for Grimshaw Homes. Linda was a very caring person with a big heart. She was a blessing to all that knew her and loved her. She was a woman of great faith that never wavered through all of the rials of her illness. Her smile, her laughter and her loving spirit will always be remembered. We love you, Linda. Funeral service was held Wednesday, August 24, 2005, at 10:00 A.M. at Northside christian Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Burial followed in the Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. Honorary pallbearers were Jerry Cichon, Greg Cichon, and Bill Cichon. Doug Lathem, Kris Suder, Bill Turner, Jim Kenney, Chris Lathem, and Jeff Cooper served as pallbearers.Survived By: husband, Bennie Lathem; sons, James D. Cicho and wife, Brandi, of Tulsa, Roy Cichon and wife, Nicole, of Broken Arrow; sister, Kay Becerra; brother, David Tibbs, of McCurtain; her niece, Erika Baumgartner and husband, Joe, Of Broken Arrow; five grandchildren, James A. Cichon, Danielle Cichon, Ethan Cichon and Landon Cichon.
