Lionel “Bubby” Andre was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 17, 1962 to Lee D. Andre and Audrey (Skimmeyhorn) Andre. Lionel met Helen (Blanck) Andre in the year 1975 at the age of 14. They married in 1984 before relocating to Tulsa Read Obituary

It realy saddens me to hear of this, my sincere condolences to the Andre family, he always talked about acquiring property and reaching the point where he would live off the rental income, we thought he was nuts, sorry I never got the opportunity to tell him he was right, so long Lionel you’re really missed. I worked with Andre since he was first hired. I seen many ups and downs in his life and had many discussions. I remember going over his formula about winning the lottery. I also remember the many issues with his condo. He used to get so irritate just thinking about it. I am sorry to hear about his passing. Kevin and Mary

The family of Ryan Hicks sends our deepest sympathy to Jacob Andre and his extended family in the loss of Jacob’s Dad Lionel. Ryan and Jacob have been close friends since elementary school, and Lionel was always so kind to Jacob and his friends, taking them to the drive-in movies and hosting them. Our family dog, a yellow lab mix named Nikki, came from the Andre’s dog’s litter and joined us when Ryan was 14, providing a special tie to the Andre family as well.
